Geekniche.org is a little project I started a couple years back as a place for myself and some friends to post applications and such for public download. While I never expect it to reach the status of a site like SourceForge, gn.org does offer some good products.

In the summer of 2005, geekniche lent its name to a new webhosting company, Geek Niche, Inc. While they are completely different projects, they share a lot of resources (including their owner!) If you’re looking for customizable webhosting, and want to deal with geeks who understand your needs, give us a try.

While most of the downloads available here were written by myself or people I know, I do accept submissions from others. If you have something to offer, send an e-mail to “webmaster” at this domain, and I’ll take a look at what you’ve got. Include the name (or nick) you’d like to be credited as, as well as any applicable information on the program.
